You will receive professional vendor referrals, assistance with budget and logistics, and have someone on site at your event, to quality control the flow, to help make your day memorable.
  • Create a customized budget
  • Provide professional vendor referrals that fit both your budget requirements along with your personalities
  • Design theme, color and event inspiration with client & vendors
  • Design a diagram to facilitate guests, vendors and room flow
  • Create a comprehensive event time line for vendors and client
  • Confirm all rentals, vendors and entertainment guidelines, logistics and call times, set- up and break-down info: including maps and vendor details.
  • Secure menu and beverage ideas with caterer
  • Create a specifics and logistics checklist outlining all event details
  • Orchestrate wedding rehearsal (if applicable)
  • Coordinate the event (ie: wedding ceremony & reception, fundraiser, private party)
